- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Today, I needed help to contact the Porterville Police Dept. as i was in need of information on a very sad situation; the passing of my husband ...so i REALLY needed assistance with finding out : 1. How to start 2.Phone numbers to reach specific departments 3.How to get my requests resolved by giving me other options (and a whole list of other questions) Well Kimberly O.picked up the phone and heard my concerns and truly listened to ME and my jumbled questions/ concerns and man oh man was i about to be blessed! Kimberly O.WENT BEYOND her( i am sure) job description and just allowed me to ask ask away! KO'd ( yes pun was intended) me with her very pleasant demeanor and her hands ownership! It was a PLEASURE speaking with Ms.Kimberly O. she is MY hero and i wish my City of Visalia would /had snatched her up! Thank you Kimberly sooo much for all your help....I work for a corporate top 10 company and I recognize a JEWEL when I run across one and YOU MS> KIMBERLY O. are a hidden jewel now exposed.
