  My visit was for a Registration Renewal (9/18/17). I was one of the last few people in the office, being that my number was called in after 5pm. I didn't really wait that long. The turnover was actually commendably fast. They must have a very efficient crew. The DMV representative via Window 2 was very professional, pleasant and cordial. In fact, she just finished assisting someone at the automated system. When it was my turn, it was a very quick & smooth process. She gave me a "month" sticker, along with the regular tag. Simple gestures as such makes a huge impact for people like me who believes that there are still a lot of genuinely good people in this world. Thank you very much for the professionalism and kind assistance...!

  Waist of my tax money. I waited 1 hr plus for a DMV print out mind you I was the 10th person through the door. Didn't realize it was that time consuming to hit print. Then again it is the Porterville DMV ... smh

  no definitely do not recommend going to this dmv the workers are rude and complicated, go to the one in tulare, very nice workers very fast

  I definitely give them credit for being able to deal some of the goofy people they deal with, I been there a lot of times and always heard the dumbest questions and they manage to give you an answer without laughing at people to their face. Ones there was a guy mad at the dmv guy cause the guy wouldn't take his money for a parking violation he had from P.C like trally, even my 5 yr old at the time turned and to look at me and said "I THINK HE IS AT THE WRONG PLACE DAD" lol really a 5 yr old knew that but not an adult. Well I am also a big fan of the machine the you can you to renew your tags and not wait in line.

  They're Useless, the front person passes you to Get Your I.D. , I wait and Hour sittind down till I get called on, so they can tell me my Birth certificate is invalid because it was torn in half before. It was taped good, I went to a different DMV. They accepted my birth certificate right away.
